I was told they couldn't help me for 72 hours. I emailed and chatted groupon as we were only in ********** from 4/6-4/8. They gave me a number for groupon, which told me to email. Becuase the groupon expired on 4/7 I couldn't use it for a different day. I called great wolf lodge, and they told me they were SOLD OUT for 4/7 and I couldn't use the groupon. 5 minutes later I went to great wolf site to enter the promo code for 4/7, GRPNDAY1 and GRPNDAY2. Thus the expiration date on the groupon was 4/7. The groupon stated final sale - and the tickets MUST be used on the date selected on Groupon (4/7). Therefore, I bought a gift card to groupon and purchased the groupon. The Groupon site said the tickets were available. I purchased a groupon on 4/6 for daypass tickets to Great Wolf Lodge on 4/7 in *********** **. ![]() I shouldn't be held responsible for their mistake! The order number is Order # ********** I contacted them within minutes so they could have easily just cancelled the payment but they refuse to do it. I don't know how they even had my paypal information as I didn't enter it in. What they don't understand is that I did not authorize this transaction, there was no price, no fine print or any other details. I contacted Groupon within minutes to advise them of this error but they just keep saying that the fine print says that there are no refunds. ![]() It appears to be some type of website glitch. I didn't even give them any of my purchase information, see a price or even see any other details. I was trying to get more information to see where this deal was and what the price was. ![]() I was looking at groupon and I was looking at a deal to see what was going on because I live in ***** and it seemed like this was somewhere else.
